Party #3 Clue #1

I'm having another party, here's the 1st clue!

Every party's on the same server.
Not that thing like lake hoover.
Ever eaten cheese and sleeped all season?
And woke up in spring and said "cheese" for no reason?

The time of the party is when school starts.
Put 7 more hours to that PST for I like cheese larts!
If school starts at the hour after 6:15,
just not like in high shcool when you're 15.

The place is where it's way in the highs.
Where a wise man closes his eyes.
And meditates to the sound of fire.
but the temperature doesn't get any higher!

The date's no fool, and it may,
have something to do with a day. (duh)
There's no way it may br in may.
Because that would be stupid every day.
