Sorry guys, my Snipping Tool is broken today, so no pictures. But i'll walk you step by step.
1. Go to the EPF CR and accept your mission
2. Go to the Cove
3. Go to the rock next to the Lifeguard Chair
4. Their's your field op!
You must do an X-Y Cooridinate thing. Its quite easy. Protobot shuts down as a message. Good Luck!
